If any of our products arrive damaged or deemed defective as a result of our production error, we will send you a reprint with your original artwork or provide a credit to you for future purchase. Please contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping label within 14 days from your delivery date. 

We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number and require that you email us a photo of the defective item.
